Volunteers Needed for Shoot the Hills
The Friends of the Hocking Hills are looking for volunteers to assist with this year’s fundraising event for the Hocking Hills State Park. Here’s what’s needed:
Tuesday evening, April 13: The famous “Stuffing Party” to start preparing the Hills State Park Dining Lodge for the event and stuffing the photographer’s registration/information packets. There’s also a pot luck dinner for this get together and work session.
Thursday evening, April 15: Final preparation of the lodge, putting out signs along the driveway up to the lodge from Rt. 664.
Friday April 16: Helping with registration, answering questions for the photographers; selling t-shirts and working at the cash register area (10am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm – close)
Saturday April 17: 1pm; assist with receiving and registering entrants’ CD’s; assisting those needing helping working with their CD’s on their computers; assisting with setting up and organizing prizes.
Sunday April 18: Sunday evening - help to tear down and put things away and straighten things up around the lodge.
