In October 2006, the Ohio Department of Transportation District 10 was approached by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) and Friends of the Hocking Hills State Park (FOHHSP) to complete a study that would identify existing roadway conditions and recommended improvements along approximately one mile of SR 664 in the Old Man’s Cave area of Hocking Hills State Park.
